Should have the capability to handle Heat pressure and Place Tandoor orders Tandoori Kebabs, Indian Bread (Naan, Roti).

Train ,develop & motivate staff to meet & exceed establish food preparation standard.

Hire, train, and supervise restaurant employees.

Cook food according to recipes, quality standards & presentation standards Set-up the station with par stocks of menu items.

Prepare, cook and produce food to the companies standard, with particular emphasis on presentation, hygiene and economy.
